Reservations

A credit card must be provided to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation

If you do need to cancel your reservation with us, we kindly ask that you forward your request in writing by email to stay@charlottesrose.com

• Cancellations received 30 days prior to the arrival date, free cancel

• Cancellations received 8-30 days prior to arrival 50% of the total reservation shall apply.

• Less than 7 days 100% of the total reservation shall apply.

• Shortened Stay – should you reserve for a certain number of days and leave before your departure date, you will be charged one night or 50% of the remaining balance, whichever is greater.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. If other required, please let us know in advance in order to ensure we will be at home.

Check-out by 10:00am.

No-Show

The whole reservation is assumed to be cancelled and the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Smoking

No smoking of any kind allowed on the property.

Children

Charlotte's Rose is not childproofed but we are happy to discuss your needs to accommodate children. There are no additional bed options and a maximum of two guests per room including children. 

PETS

Unfortunately, Charlotte’s Rose does not allow pets in our guest rooms. The Loft our self catering apartment may accommodate pets by prior arrangement.  Email or call us to discuss.
